The “Lab” is at the heart of everything we do. Our milk, cream, and all other ingredients are delivered fresh each day. Our team then pasteurizes our base mix and churns the gelato in our premium batch freezers.
We use fresh fruit and fruit pastes in our gelato and sorbet, as well as soya, coconut, almond, and oat milk in our vegan and dairy-free gelato.
